Prayagraj known as the city of pilgrimages here the court of Bhole Baba popularly known as Shiv Kachehri . Shiv Kacheri was built by Descendent of Nepali King General Padumn Jung Bahadur in 1865. There were 285 family members and every one of them set up a shivlling here .Temple was constructed in North Indian Style of architechture on the bank of Ganges .

It is also known as BHOLE BABA KI KACHERI as here Narayan and Shiv sit in the role of judge to make justice .Some people apologize here by holding there ears for there sins they commit, as they believe that Shankar ji forgive those who accept their mistake here. Some do sit ups also.

Story of this temple is also related to Nepal.It is said that royal family of Nepal played an important role in establishment of this temple. Even now people from royal family (Rana Family) of Nepal come here during special occasion. Rana family donated their land to build ashrams such as naryan ashram in Shivkuti, Prayagraj.

All the Shivlingas were brought from the River Narmadeshwar. In this temple, there are Lord Nageshwar, Chandrashwar, Siddheshwar, and many other faces of Lord Shiva. Throughout the month of Sawan, Rudraabhishek is conducted here on a daily basis by the General Padumn Jung Bahadur Charitable Trust, which is run by the descendants of the Rana Family. The whole and sole work of the temple is run by this trust, and pandits are assigned by the trust members only.
